This website is owned and run by Snell Rojas.

In line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, by accepting this privacy policy you give your informed, express, free and unambiguous consent for the personal data you provide through www.snellrojas.com (the "Website") to be included in a "USERS" file.

This privacy policy applies only to personal data collected on the Website. It does not cover information collected by third parties on other websites, even if the Website links to them.

With this, I commit to keeping our business relationships secure by protecting personal data and guaranteeing every user's right to privacy.

1. What is personal data? #

A quick primer: it's any information about a person that you give us when you visit the Website. In our case, your name and email, used only to manage subscribers, and never shared with third parties (unless a court orders it).

In addition, when you visit the Website, some information is stored automatically for technical reasons, such as the IP address assigned by your internet provider.

2.1 Purpose

As the regulations require, users are informed that data is collected through contact forms or subscriptions and stored in a file, for the sole purpose of keeping track of registered users, answering questions personally by email, and sending other communications that www.snellrojas.com considers of interest to its users. Fields marked as required are essential for that purpose.

The data may also be used to respond to requests made by users.

In short, the purpose is to:

2.4 Categories of data

The data collected is never special-category data; it is classified as identifying data.

I will keep your data for as long as the law requires or until you ask me to delete it.

3. Compliance with the applicable law #

From May 2018 onward, we follow the regulation that comes into force then: the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Exercising your rights #

The quickest and easiest way is to go to your user account and change your data or delete your user account directly.

7. Changes to the privacy policy #

www.snellrojas.com reserves the right to change its privacy policy at its own discretion, because of a change in legislation, case law or the doctrine of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Any change to the privacy policy will be published at least ten days before it takes effect.

Using www.snellrojas.com after those changes means you accept them.

1) Content subscription forms: the Website has several forms for subscribing, used to send email marketing campaigns, manage subscriptions and send newsletters or news.

2) Comment form: the Website includes a form for commenting on articles and sharing opinions, with respect for freedom of expression. Users can post comments on published posts. The personal data entered in this form is used only to moderate and publish the comments, and it is stored on Cdmon's servers.

3) Contact form: there is a contact form for answering questions, suggestions and professional inquiries. In this case, the email address is used to reply and to send the information the user requests through the Website.

4) Cookies: when users register or browse this Website, "cookies" are stored. Users can read the cookie policy at any time for more information on how cookies are used and how to turn them off.

5) Users can unsubscribe at any time from the services provided by www.snellrojas.com from their profile account or by asking through the contact form.

7) Tracking systems used on this site: Google Analytics. www.snellrojas.com also studies its users' preferences, demographics, traffic patterns and other aggregate information to better understand who makes up its audience and what it needs.

In short: I will not share, sell or rent your personal information to other parties. I may share some information with authorized third-party service providers needed to provide certain services (always with your prior permission).

12. Social plugins #

On our website we offer links and services related to different social networks (for example, Facebook's "Like"). If you are a member of a social network and click the corresponding link, the social network provider may link your profile data with information about your visit to that web page.
